Whenever you see the name of a task in the text generated by Project Reporter,
it will be a hypertext link, which looks something like this:
Task #7.
This is actually two hypertext links, so you'll need to be careful where you
click:
-
Clicking on the blue text jumps to the description of the given task, while also
highlighting the task in the Gantt chart.
-
Clicking on the yellow icon highlights the task in the Gantt chart,
without
jumping to the task description. This can be useful to help you see other tasks
in the project, without losing track of the text you're currently reading.
Although the task name in the heading of each task description is not a
hypertext link, the yellow icon beside it is you can use this link to
highlight the task whose description you're reading again in the Gantt chart,
after you've looked at other tasks in the Gantt chart and perhaps forgotten
where you started.
